The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is seeking a high-performing, fully licensed insurance professional who thrives on results, closing business, and driving revenue. This is a sales-dominant role built for someone who is confident leading conversations, uncovering needs, and consistently converting opportunities into policies.
You will work across multiple product lines, engaging both new and existing customers, driving revenue through needs-based recommendations, and contributing directly to agency growth. This is a production-focused role with clear expectations and accountability.
About Our Growth
We’re expanding across two locations and continuing to grow our presence in the community. Our current office serves the 19444 area, and we will be opening a second location in 19119 in May 2026. This expansion creates strong opportunity for experienced, licensed producers who want to build with an agency that is scaling and investing in its future.
Licensing Requirements (Required for Consideration)
- Active Property & Casualty license (REQUIRED)
- Active Life & Health license (preferred)
Candidates without active licenses will not be considered for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through outbound activity, lead follow-up, and consistent prospecting
- Quote, present, and close policies across multiple lines (auto, home, renters, life)
- Lead needs-based sales conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections
- Conduct policy reviews to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Maintain a high level of sales activity and consistent production
- Track pipeline and performance metrics to meet and exceed goals
- Support service needs while maintaining a sales-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Active P&C and Life & Health licenses
- Prior insurance sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong ability to close business and handle objections confidently
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, accountable, and consistent with follow-up
